Sound but not Tv from sky Q
I have no picture. There is no blue screen just black.
I have sound from going through the TV.
have no idea what has happened. I sorted out my Broadband from this community but now have a problem as can't watch an TV.
It's been a nightmare since the fault with Sky a couple of weeks ago

Hi @Feliciy
Have you tried rebooting your Q box?
To reboot press Standby on your Sky Q remote (if the box responds to the remote), and then switch off and unplug at the mains.
Wait at least 30 secs and then Plug back in and switch your Sky Q box back on at the mains.
Wait for the on screen instructions to disappear and the front led to turn Amber. Then wait for 30 secs before you press Home on your Sky Q remote or if this is not working press the standby button on the front of the Q box (Amber led)
note: some features may take up to 5 minutes to return.
If you still have a black screen , make sure that the Television is switched on and is switched to the HDMI input to which the Q box is connected.
Then with the Q box switched on with green led illuminated
Press
Home 1 0 8 0 Home
on the Q box remote control.
This will change the Q box to standard resolution which will work for all TV’s.

I have done all of those things.
my tv just has the sound come through. There is no picture. I cannot see anything on the screen. It is completely black.
has my TV Broken... maybe. But why has it still got sound!

A few things to try here.
When you turn your Sky Q box on, do you see the normal Sky logo as it's booting up, or do you see nothing at all?
Is there a "no signal" message (or something similar on your TV)?
Have you tried a different HDMI port on the TV?
Is there a chance that anyone has fiddled with the settings on the TV?
Have you ensured that the HDMI lead is firmly seated into the sockets (both TV and Sky box)?
Have you tried a different HDMI lead (sometimes leads break)?
