Someone using my Netflix account

Someone not in the same country as me is logged into my Netflix and I'm unsure how. They keep changing their names and changing the language to Spanish. I want to know how to remove them please

Once changed you can manage profiles here https://www.netflix.com/profiles/manage

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

And check that they haven't added a credit card that gives them verification rights on your account. Remove it if they have.
