Someone else watching films on my account

Hi someone else is watching films on my sky account,  changed my sky  password and a few months ago changed PIN no evidence of any tablets or phones linked and only immediate family have had access before now. 

Please help its really feels intrusive and its very worrying 😟 too

What makes you say you believe someone is watching films via your account and on what device do you think this is happening on ?

Every time we go onto sky cinema and store it says because you watched Ghost and spiderman homecoming,  this was on it today last thing my hubby watched was Jfk Kennedy documentary and last film was neither of these... ? Weird, keeps happening daily  weekly 🤔

@CarlyAnn76I think these recommendations are almost random and have little to do with what we have watched. I get widely varying recommendations that have nothing to do with what I have watched.

Are you saying you/your family have not watched Ghost and Spiderman Homecoming at some point in the past ?

I don't think the Because you watched  films mentioned/used for its prompts is limited to just recent films you have watched - it is just a way of SKY trying to suggest other titles & I think may mention/use films watched some time ago

Possibly if you just click on something and then decide you don't want to watch it Sky counts it as watched.

Okay will bear it in  mind but neither of the films are on our watch list, will hope it is marketing thing from sky thanku for all the advice 😊
