Some recordings on Main Sky Q box can't played back on secondary Sky Minibox Why?

Hi

If I record a series on my Sky Q box, I sometimes can't watch it on my upstairs minibox. This doesn't happen all the time - currently its series one of Before We Die on Channel 4. Most programs are OK - its just some. HELP! Thanks

Hi @Robthesinger 

Should only be UltraHD content on your Q box that will not play on your mini.

Unless you have inadvertently tried to play HD content without the Sky Q HD Add on.

However if this is the case it wouldn't play on any of your Q boxes.
