Some channels not working

Hi - has anyone got any problems with colours rishtey (713) and colours cineplex (714). All I see is a heavy pixelated screen with no sound. Or sometimes I get a message saying 'this channel is currently affected by a problem with your satellite signal'. Can't watch or record any programs on these two channels but all other channels are working perfectly! I've tried to restart the box but it hasn't made a difference. Please help 🙂

If those channels display a no satellite signal take a look at the troubleshooting here

It may then give you the opportunity to arrange an engineer to check the alignment of your dish. Be aware that if you’re on a communal dish system in the UK you’ll have to contact your landlord or building management company rather than Sky.

Thanks Daniel, that was very useful and it's helped me figure things out. I think it is to do with a new router and wireless devices being set up right next to the sky box - will move them away from each other and see if that works. Failing that I'll book a sky engineer. Thanks again!
