Sky q minibox viewing issue

I set up my sky q minibox 2 weeks ago and it worked fine.This week it started playing up with us having to sign in to our apps. I tried reinstalling the apps,resetting the minibox but it made no difference.  In the end I had to resign in to all our apps. Then the TV started freezing despite showing good Sky q connection and good network connection.  I tried restoring it to factory defaults and reinstalling but same issue.

Is it a dodgy minibox ? Bit bizarre it worked fine initially.
