Software issue no signal
For a few days we have had a pixilated picture and screen breaking up. Yesterday it firstly said no signal then changed to software issue now back to no signal. The usual check leads and turn box off done still nothing ? My sky go still connects on phone but only on a couple of channels the rest say no signal , on tv status says signal unlocked signal strength 0 signal quality 0 any ideas please ?

Please see the following page that covers a few problems - if you follow the link through and still have problems then you should find a link to book an engineer if you have your own dish

If you have a communal system you may have to contact your building management to deal with the technicians responsible for the system

If you’re seeing a message displaying ”No signal” it tends to be from your TV such as not being on the correct input (check the HDMI cable between the Sky Q box and your TV)
