My skyQ box isn’t working. I spoke to someone who advised they would send me a new box several week

I require a new sky Q box, one should have been sent in the post several weeks ago

I need a new sky Q nox

I reported that my sky Q not wasnt working several weeks ago. I was advised that a new one would be sent in the post and it has never arrived.

Hi @Dory1981   The quickest way is to contact Sky. You may not be aware that this is a public community forum, not Sky customer services.

A replacement box isn't sent in the post. One can be couriered to you by DPD whereby the courier delivers a new one and swaps it for the faulty one on your doorstep (Note: remember to remove the viewing card from the faulty box). 

You will need to call Sky to chase up why this hasn't happened.
