Slow sky Q box and apps not working.

Over the last few weeks, my sky Q box has become slow and recently comes up with 'please wait' after every click. 

No applications are working as they are 'unavailable'.

 

Box is connected to the internet and working fine. I thought it need an update but when clicking on 'sky Q features' for the update list, this also says unavailable after trying to load.

 

Any help greatly appreciated.

@Kieron98 Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions
