Skyq remote not working fully
My sky q remote will not switch my tv on or off. Also none of the four colour buttons work. Pretty useless. (I have tried ALL the fixes been through every suggestion) Still will not work. Can someone please help.

With a Sky Q remote strangely only the red coloured button has any meaningful use.

If the remote is correctly paired to your make/model of TV then you need to hold the power button for a few seconds to send a power off.

Does not work. Just pulls up the menu to switch between hdmi ports ect can't evan move between them.

@Solar+Dominator if you keep pressing the source button it should move between hdmi ports etc but if your TV needs you to select the port then it won't do this the remote will only change the source if the tv automatically selects the source that is currently showing
