SkyQ

Having trouble getting skyQ picture or sound on my hisense 50" new tv. Connected skyQ with hdmi cable also the tv recognises the skyQ box but no picture or sound.

Hi @Shell691 

In addition to rebooting the Q box also reboot the television by disconnecting the power lead for 30 secs and then reconnecting

Hi @Shell691 

First make sure that the Television is switched on and is switched to the HDMI input to which the Q box is connected.
Then with the Q box switched on with green led illuminated
Press
Home 1 0 8 0 Home
on the Q box remote control.

This will change the Q box to standard resolution which will work for all TV’s.

Thanks for the advice. Woke up this morning and rebooted skyQ box and it seemed to work. Thanks again oldfella.
