Hi Experts
Looking for some advice from you experts.
I have a SKYQ and SKY Q Mini box with my own dish, today the landlord sent round people to take the dish down and put in a communal dish (first I had been told was the call today argh!)
They have put in the communal dish but have replaced the dual coax I had from my own dish with a single coax feed and switched the box from wideband to SCR mode.
Will having only one coax cable cause any issues or loss of functions when using the Q system?
Thanks

No - you can still get the same service via SCR from a communal feed including up to 6 recordings
I am not techie enough to know exactly how it works but the SCR feed does not need the 2 separate cables that are needed for the different polisations used by the Wideband LNBs of a personal dish
