I have an old account and password and can't change over to my free new Netflix with sky

Hi @Mrs+d+linton 

Netflix isn't  free on Sky Q although it may be bundled with Sky Signature.

Check your Account on the Sky Q box to see if you see Netflix or Ultimate TV listed .
