I need to return my sky Q and broadband but it doesn't fit in thr return box sent to me .

See the following link for all Sky returns information.
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-tv-broadband.
If necessary you can use you own Packaging and also print your own labels.
Ensure that you keep proof of posting as the Sky return system handled by Unipart has delays and is not as reliable as would be desired.

Sky have probably just sent a box for one of the items to fit.

Providing you’ve cancelled successfully the returns packaging is usually sent out near the end of a cancellation period, [31 days for TV and 14 days for broadband], so it's possible you've only received the router box so far?

Oh ok could be ?. So it l just use it for the router and wait for the tv box as I'm out of contract for both and have now l ft sky
