SkyQ says I don't have internet connection and can't get Voice control

I tried to Get ITVX earlier and the voice control on my remote is not working. A message says I don't have internet connection. I have connection with my mobile and computer so can't understand this.  Any ideas that may help please.

@Jojo49 try rebooting your router then rebooting the Q box and try again the voice commands need to go via the internet alternatively if you want to access the ITVX app you can look in the apps section of Sky Q and access it manually using the remote

Thanks for your response but I have just sorted it. I was mistaking the password required to connect, duh! Well I am 75!

This is a problem that happens frequently on Sky Q. It loses the connection to the router for no apparent reason, so it's not your fault 😄
