SkyQ saying I need to upgrade but I have full subscription

Hi there, SkyQ. I cannot access the home page or my recordings, or anything other than the TV Guide and Live TV. Cannot pause or rewind etc. All other headings say "To use this service, you need to upgrade your subscription" but I am fully subscribed and it has been working fine before. I have re-booted the Q box twice including disconnecting the power but ths has not helped. I have checked that I have the latest software for my box, which i seem to have. Can anyone help please?

My sky Q box is doing the same. To use this service you need to upgrade your subscription. I've updated the software, turned off at the mains etc. I am connected to the internet & still the same.

Only a suggestion, but you say it aske you to upgrade your subscription, Im no expert but I know you get this if you try to watch/download HD when you do not subscribe to HD, worth double checking , other than that I know of no other reason.
