SkyQ mini box

Hi all

My Mini box is failing to display any Sky channels with the message 'Programme unavailable'. So no Sky Sports or any Sky channels. I have rebooted both the main SkyQ box and the mini several times including switching off the router, Sky Q box and the Mini box before switching them all on again in sequence  - same message, same problem. Main SkyQ box shows all Sky channels as normal. Any ideas?  Thanks

@Essexboom Hi, if you go to settings menu on the main box, and status, does it have tick on watch on Sky Q mini box.

Re: SkyQ mini box

Connection with sky mini fron Sky q main box is ticked and the mini box is saying that connection to Sky Q box is ok as is network connection. I also tried reactivating the connection but with no success. Thanks for your suggestions though- appreciated
