SkyQ mini box not working

Problems with skyQ mini box just says technical problem tried all troubleshooting from resets on both main box and mini turned off at plug on both main and mini nothing working... main box works ok but not recording anything ..., help!

Hi @Martykka 

If your main Q box hard drive has failed the mini box will not function.
