When I change from apps YouTube back to normal sky the sound goes then I have to switch it all off

When I turn telly from YouTube back to sky tv the sound goes I have to turn it all off on the wall then I got to turn it all back on for the sound to come back

Sky done a software update they said it would be fine after 24 hours . It's still happening loosing sound after changing apps
