SkyQ intermittent fault

My streaming APPS (Netflix, Disney+, etc.) quite often stops or won't start and the issue seems to be getting worse. It's been happening for months now. I called SKY helpline some time ago and was advised and then shown how to reset the box and the APPS but it really hasn't made any difference...

Could it be my SKYQ box is faulty?

Hi @Stu+Magoo Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot.
