SkyQ box won't connect to wifi

My SkyQ won't connect to wifi.  I have gone through all the setup a dozen times without success.  It was connected a few days ago until the power had to be turned off to change a socket. The box and router has been turned since several times. I even got a longer ethernet cable to get it closer to the sky q. Nothing works.
