SkyQ box will not connect to internet

I have a Sky Q 1TB box and a Sky Q internet hub and my box keeps loosing connection to the internet. I have reset the settings on the box and it will now not connect at all to the internet

 

I've rebooted my main box, my mini box and sky q hub and nothing is resolving the connectivity issues.

 

Has anyone else experienced these issues?

Internet from another ISP (FTTP)

We have 2 mini boxes that will not connect to main q box - which says it is connected to them both. Its been a bit unreliable for the last week . Have been trying to book an engineers visit - i think its to do with the sky rouer box ( Our internet is ctually with BT & thisis working fine , as is the main Q box .)

Hi @brands92 and @AMB11 In the following order, try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on, then do the same with any Mini boxes?
