Engineer set up SkyQ box and one mini box yesterday and installed Discovery+ on both, tested and working . Now cannot get it on main box but can on the mini box. Anyone else have this problem?
I have signed in and got a 6 digit number to enter and did all that but still nothing, just says I have to upgrade, but its meant to be free with Q box.
