SkyQ Box not coming on

The light on my Sky box usually turns green when using my remote.  But it just stays in yellow.   So TV is not getting anything from the box.

Have you tried turning it on via the button on top of the Sky Q box?

Yes ended up getting all sorted over the phone with a technician.  We had to reboot everything.  But all good now.  Thank you!
