Have you been asked to return it by Sky? If so returns packaging is normally sent out about 31 days later for you to do that.

Hi @TWW We really need more details to try and advise you. Is it your only Mini box, do you need to cancel Multiscreen etc. Returning an extra Mini box will not save you any money. Do not return it without notifying Sky first.
