Sometimes my Sky Q box will not update the TV listings, I can only view maybe three or four days in advance after that we will not show any TV listings across any channels. The only way to solve this is to turn the Sky Q box off and turn it back on, is there anyway to force do a TV listings update without unplugging the box and plugging it back in
