Sky

I use a sky q box.  But my Netflix and YouTube which runs through sky q. Keeps cutting out after a few minutes sometimes seconds to the point I am unable to watch them.  I have seen the prompts of 001 but nothing happens I can't even get the 001 to work.   Any help please.   Is my box faulty
