Sky Q TV goes black when changing channels

When I turn the TV on it takes at least 5 minutes to start. The TV screen goes black when changing channels but the sound carries on. I have to restart the sky box to clear the black screen. The box upstairs will not always connect and regularly gives a blue screen with an error.
