Sky

My Sky Q box keep disconnecting from my Wi-Fi. We reconnected it and it's fine a day and then disconnects. We have check the Wi-Fi and it's fine. It the box

The chat invite only remains active for 48 hours. If you don't participate fully it will automatically close even if your issue isn't fixed. The Messaging Team haven't updated the thread yet that it's been closed but stands a chance it closed 48 hours after the last contact. 

Would you like it re-escalating? If you'd prefer to call then if you already have a Sky Mobile or a Sky Talk landline call free by dialling 150, otherwise you can use:

UK: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
ROI: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0818 number.
(The forum doesn’t allow us to type the numbers in full).

Similar to calling a lot of large companies the start will be an automated response which may try to send you back to the forum.
