Sky without all the wires
I'm wanting to move my tv to the other side of the room (no wires under carpet now nor do I want that option). However the sky box is attached to my tv and router (skyQ) set up. Can anyone tell me if this is possible?

Re: Sky without all the wires
At a minimum the main Q box needs satellite inputs (x2) , power and an HDMI lead to the TV. You can connect to your router via Ethernet or Wirelessly.
Sky can possibly move the dish inputs but is chargeable.

@Mel1968 The other option of course is to call Sky and see if they'll move you over to Sky Stream which can be entirely wireless bar it's power lead and an HDMI lead, being tiny it can be easily tucked away.

Re: Sky without all the wires
It's technically possible to run the main Q box attached to its satellite feed cable but without a screen, and then use a wireless link with a Q Mini box (connected over an HDMI cable to a television) for actual viewing. This does mean not having UHD content from Sky though.
