My sky q keeps losing WiFi connection

Hi can anyone help as sky customer service doing me in! My sky q box keeps

telling me I have so network connection but WiFi if full and I have disconnected and reconnected everything! It keeps telling me to press wps but nothing

Hi @NikkiP81   Which ISP are you using, it must be Sky with a black router to connect using WPS?
