I have moved your post to here in the Sky Q forum where as you can see as others are reporting the same issue it seems to be a fault with the app today.

I worked in IT for 25 years before retiring. A 2 hour system outage was unacceptable.

 

Sky Weather App has been down for DAYS!  It is obviousy they are either incompitent or only interested in our money

Call them up and ask for a credit based on the outage of the weather app.

A weather app is unlikely to be seen as a critical service that requires staff working all weekend to get it back online ASAP. If the whole Sky service was down for days that would be more alarming.

I guess they mustn't work weekdays either then ? Because it has been broken since at least wednesday last week that i noticed of when i tried to use it.
