Can some  tell me why after 20 years of being a sky cutomer  I can't get on sky vip 

also why I'm I paying so much all of my family and friends pay nowhere near what I pay can this be looked at please

We're other customers here - you'll need to call to discuss a discount.

 

Your friends/family could have new customer deals which aren't available to current customers.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own
