There is a problem with my sky q box service

Can I please get a update on my sky q account as I recently have requested for an upgrade but have not seen it in my plan yet. 
Can somebody please support me with this

We're other customers here and not Sky customer services.


what upgrade have you requested?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
