Sky viewing card
for a few days my sky veiwing card has not been working properly, I have removed and wiped the chip making sure it's the right way up that usually got it working, but now it's totally not working.

@Chloe44 You could try refreshing your viewing card by pressing home > settings > system info > viewing card number > setup > viewing card setup press select to trigger a callback don't worry nothing to do with your phone its only Sky's terminology this will be done over the internet
