I'm wondering if anyone can help me. Signed up sky q and technican came out and installed box and told me sky viewing card was due out in post next few days. It never arrived. I've been on to sky 5 more times and each time I'm told new card ordered and will be on the way.. never arrives. Spoke to postman and no issue with my post (live rural area where everyone knows everyone)
so back on sky today and I get the same answer again another card in post today... I have just looked at my sky account and it shows today what was done - last card cancelled, new card issued and new card cancelled.
so seems each time they say they were issuing me with a new card they have turned right around and cancelled it straight away . They are billing me away for service they haven't provided. When I call them customer service will only issue another card... it crazy now!
is there anyone I can get help from or anyone have this issue and sorted it. Any help much appreciated.
