Sky viewing card has broken in two with half the card stuck in the box

Hello, the sky viewing card was taken out of our sky box with half of the card still stuck in the box! Is there any way of getting the second half of the card out of the box?

Simple answer is not really.  You'll have to call Sky and they will want to replace the box (and the viewing card of course).

Sky own the equipment - the terms do not allow you to dismantle it...

And unfortunately that means you'll lose all your saved recordings (except purchases).
