@Anwen4  You will need to call Sky to find out why they didn't show.

 

You duplicate post asking the same question has been removed, you don't need to post again, you just need to wait for a reply.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

l’m afraid you aren’t speaking to Sky Customer Services by posting here. This is a customer led discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.

 

Customers who book an engineer for their Sky Q equipment should now receive a tracking link on the day of the planned visit. This will show when the engineer is expected to arrive.

 

Unfortunately some jobs take longer than expected and then impact appointments for later in the day.
