My satellite dish isn't working

You will have to give your fellow customers more to go on. What makes you think it's the dish and not your Sky Q box? Any error messages appearing on your screen?

Yes it's coming up on the screen that there is a problem with my satellite dish my screen keeps oscillating then the screen goes blue and the message about my dish comes up then the screen goes black.
