Sky tv not working
I have no signal for several weeks which I put down to storms and trees growing in the area. Now none of the apps are working on my sky Q box. I have tried switching off and on again and also removing the viewing card and placing back in.

What message, if any are you seeing?
A message displaying ”no signal” tends to be from your TV.
A message displaying “no satellite signal” relates to your Sky Q box, so firstly check that the connections from the Sky dish going into the back of your Sky Q box are still finger tight. Also check the troubleshooting in this link

It may then give you the opportunity to arrange an engineer to check the alignment of your dish. If it doesn’t you’ll need to contact Sky to book an engineer appointment.
If you are connected to a communal dish you’ll need to liaise with you building management company / landlord who will have their approved engineers to contact.
Note: A misalignment is not necessarily something that will be visible to the naked eye and could only affect one or two channels.

After reading other comments I disconnected all lead goi g into the sky Q box and reconnected. The tv is now working and all apps apart from Netflix are working. Netflix will work via my tv but not the sky Q box

@Steph+Hart apart from @Daniel0210 advice all I can say is that if you have had no satellite signal for several weeks then the box stopping working for everything else is to be expected as the box needs to receive a stay alive signal from the satellite to continue working
I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
