Sky Q every time it rains, just a light shower the signel goes down. I am paying for something i am not reciving. I need an enginer to sort the isue. Dont tell me if its working when the enginer arives and i will be charged, Why does i lose the signel when it rains, the rest of the system Net Flix etc works fine.

@SteveO11 You're not talking to Sky this isn't a customer helps customer communtiy
If you lose signal during rain it would siuggest either water ingress within the satellite cable or a misaligned dish.
You obviously won't lose netflix as this isn't delivered through your dish but through your broadband connection.

Work through the following link and if you cannot solve your issue it will lead to booking a Engineer.
Alternately, if you are on a Communal Dish you will need to contact your Landlord or Management company.
