With the Q box on with green led try completly resetting your Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the remote led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.
Remember that a short press on the Remote standby button will switch the Q box On/Off.
If HDMI control is switched on in the TV and Q box settings, switching the Q box On with a short press will also switch the Television On. However switching the Q box Off with a short press will not switch the Television Off.
When the Q remote is correctly paired with the Q box and TV a long press on the Standby button (about 3 seconds) will switch the Television On or Off.
If Smart Standby mode is switched on in the Q box Settings (Home - Settings - Preferences) then switching the Television set Off with a long press will also turn the Q box Off. A long press will never switch the Q box On.
