Sky sports multiscreen started today, but when pressing the red button it does not show live the additional matches as small boxes on the main screen.I can only choose one of the other four matches being shown to watch individually. I should be able to watch one match and the other matches as small boxes on the main screen ?

It does work on Sky Q but as usual with Sky process is not intuitive.
1. Press red button on any channel to go into match choice.
2. When loaded in press the back button (button down and left from arrow buttons), this brings up the menu.
3. Choose home from this menu and the multi view option will be on the selectable screens.

Re: Sky sports multiscreen
It's Multiview. Yes, I tried it for the first half. It's only on the Sky Sports+ channel 404.
edit: it'll take some getting used to. Reverted to Newcastle v Forest for the second half.

IWhen pressing red on channel 404,it only brings up the recap button and shows the status of the other live matches at the bottom .but i cannot view them all as small boxes on the screen of the main game I am watching.

Re: Sky sports multiscreen
Same for me I've tried red button on all the football games that are live and it's the same result as you have, just recap or switch games but no multiscreen option

Re: Sky sports multiscreen
@JN4 @SteR
I watched it for the whole of the first half on Sky Q on channel 404 Sky Sports+.
It is Multiview. Multiscreen is the add-on allowing the use of mini boxes on Sky Q. Multiroom is the add-on allowing the use of more than one box on Sky+ / Sky+HD.

Re: Sky sports multiscreen
Thanks Mike as you say that is far from intuative and the sky page advertising multiview could have done with your instructions. Either that or just have multiview as an option at the bottom of the page 👍

Re: Sky sports multiscreen
I finished watching the F1, returned to the Sky home screen and could see all of the live games in the first row down.
Tile 5 was "multiview" which I clicked on and the Sky Sports+ app loaded and immediately started playing the coverage. Clearly how easy you found accessing it depends on where you started in the UI.
I thought it was easy to find and enjoyed the way the coverage was presented, especially having one pair of presenters covering all of the games being shown as part of the experience.
Not having Neville or Carragher anywhere near it was an added bonus.

Re: Sky sports multiscreen
The verdict of me and other watchers of this afternoons football was dreadful!
When we opt to watch a football match we don't want the distraction of other football matches zooming in over the top. We want to concentrate on the match we have opted to watch. Usually because it's "our" team playing.
