Audio drops on Sky Q Mini

I'm getting regular audio drops for up to 2 seconds, on my Sky Q mini.  I've done a full reset, changed hdmi cables, hdmi inputs on TV. I've even changed to Ethernet connection rather than wi-fi. Changed audio to normal, but still the same. Not sure what else I can try?  Any ideas?

I resolved my issue by ditching the Ethernet connections and switching to WiFi. Sound issue resolved after switching to WiFi

Re: Audio drops on Sky Q Mini

Yes, both channels were disabled. Definitely now connected via Ethernet.

Re: Audio drops on Sky Q Mini

I have the same issue. I too have both the Sky Q main box and Mini box connected via ethernet cables. The Q main box has no audio dropouts but the Mini box drops for 2 seconds about every 3 minutes. Very annoying.

The Mini box is connected direct by ethernet cable to my BT Hub router, the Q Main box is connected by ethernet cable to a Devolo extender which is using Powerline to distribute WiFi around the house.

I have disabled the WiFi connection on both Q boxes.

Any other ideas???

The Sky help pages are not helpful.
