Sky sports channels not showing

I have Sky sports 2 package but it's saying I need to upgrade when I go to watch a sky sports channel?

Not aware of a Sky Sports 2 package @POP13 

Exactly what's Sports are shown in your Account.

You can review this in your Q box on the Home menu by Scrolling down to My Sky and then Your products
