Been waiting a week now for packaging from sky so I can return unused equipment. How long does it normally take to send the stuff out to me ? As they will charge me if they don't get it back within a certain time frame.

If necessary you can use you own Packaging and also print your own labels. Ensure that you keep proof of posting as the Sky return system handled by Unipart has delays and is not as reliable as would be desired.
