Sky sports app live playback

Unfortunately playback is not possible due to a technical problem Trying to watch F1 through the sky app on TV as neighbours have scaffolding and it has stuffed my satellite signal. But I keep getting this message. Have refreshed app 🚫 change

I'd suggest switching off the Q box entirely (remove mains power) because having one present but with no satellite signal can confuse things.
