My TNT sports HD channels don't' work on Sky Q

My TNT HD channels dont' work either. I pay for the tnt package through sky as part of my package. The TNTsports standard channels work. When I go to the hd channels it says I need to subscribe, press red button to subscribe, when I press the red button it says I'm already subscribed. I have done all the obvious fixes ( turning the box off, updating box) this issue is on my Sky Q box

If you have HD on the rest of your Sky package and TNT is part of your Sky package you also should  have that in HD without extra cost, if not contact Sky and they will problyvpress a button to cure the problem

Hi @DaveDrizen   TNT Sports billed through Sky is in HD full stop. HD on the rest of Sky has nothing to do with it.

Hi to have had on TNT sport if it part of your Sky package you have to have the HD subscription add to your account if you already have this and you get  the HD channels on the rest of your Sky package  I,e you can view Sky sports ect in HD you should also have TNT sports in HD . If  not you need to contact Sky to fix the problem. You can not just have TNT sports in HD

As @MightyQuinn has already pointed out, if you pay Sky for access to TNT Sports on Sky Q, two things are true:

1. HD is included by default
2. As is the ability to watch on all multiroom boxes (if you have a multiroom subscription)

You used to have to have the UHD add-on from Sky to get access to TNT Sport Ultimate in 4K UHD in the TV Guide, but I'm not sure that is still the case.

It's a moot point these days anyway as TNT Sport Ultimate is available via the Discovery+ app and included with your subscription. Watching it live on the app via Q is a solid experience and good picture in my experience.

@studiscostu if you are still having problems with watching TNT Sports in HD via the TV Guide and have completed basic troubleshooting, then it will need a call/chat with Sky I'm afraid. 

As per above, you should be able to watch all TNT Sports channels and catch up in at least HD via the Discovery+ app in the meantime while you wait for Sky to sort it.

Hi @DaveDrizen   In the UK you can only have TNT Sports in HD. I don't know about ROI.
