Discussion topic: Sky sport live cricket not loading

I have SKY Q and the sports,package. When trying to watch live cricket I am getting the message. 'Loading Please try again in a few minutes. This has been going on for hours.

' I am not having this problem with Live golf or Live F1 etc.

Have tried switching everything from off. Still having the same problem.

please can anybody help. Thank you

Have you tried both channels 401 and 404 as the cricket is on both at present ?
