Thanks for your help it's just as went go into sky Atlantic it says press red button to up grade  when I thought it came in my package I'm not very good  with all this

hi @Lesley98 

As you should have seen SKY Atlantic is included but it is in SD as standard

As the default download quality is set to HD (high Definition) not SD then if you don't have the HD add on, when you try to download and watch you are prompted to upgrade (i.e. take out the HD subscription)

You, probably, just need to change your download preference to SD
Main Menu -> Settings -> Setup -> Preferences

(Please note this setting can only be set on the Main box)

That sound awfully complicated as I'm new to this not sure I understand what I have to do

When on the main Home Page. scoll down to Settings

Then Tab Right & scroll down to Setup

Tab Right Again & scroll down to Preferences

Tab right again and scroll down to 'On demand default download format

Tab right & select 'SD' & press Enter

You can then exit using the Back/Dismiss button and when you download programmes in futire you should get the SD version
